Cutting 5,873 ha of land in Veal Bei Chakrey Heng Village in 2 Thnou commune of Snoul district in Kratie province from economic land concession of TTY for granting 5,460 ha as donation to 1,558 families and reserving 413 ha as state public land, and granting rights to 2,095 land parcels.
