Sub decree No. 144 on Cutting and Reclassifying 1,479.45 hectares from ELC, Forest Cover in Pursat Province.

Cutting a total land of 1,479.45 ha in Veal Vong village in Rokar Tor commune, and Koul Torteung village of Santrer commune in Phnom Kravine district of Pursat province: 1,265.73 ha from 2002 Forest Cover; and 213.72 ha from economic land concession of Pheapimex; Reclassifying 899.60 ha as state private land for granting donation of ownership to 406 families; and Reserving 579.85 ha as state public land.
