Cutting 179.2492 ha of land in Thmey village of Chey Udom commune in Lumphat district of Ratanak Kiri province from ELC of Daun Penh Agrico; Reclassifying 160.8257 ha as state private land for granting donation of ownership to 56 families; Reserving 18.4235 ha for physical infrastructure development; and Granting ownership to 67 private land parcels.
