This dataset shows the Cambodia's first large-scale marine protected area in order to enhance the protection of the marine biodiversity and fisheries livelihood within Archipelago in marine areas, Cambodia. The marine fisheries management area (MFMA) is divided into 6 classifications such as community fisheries, conservation areas, fisheries refugias, multiple use areas, protected area, and recreational areas.

Positional Accuracy	There was a constraint on the boundary of the protected area because the source of the map was not clear enough to digitize.

Completeness	This dataset contains only the marine fisheries management area within Koh Rung Archipelago in Sihanouk province, Cambodia. ODC team will update a new management area when it is available on public domain.
Process Step	ODC team downloaded the resource document from the website of Ministry of Agriculture Forestry and Fisheries, in PDF format, and digitized the appendix map with QGIS. As the result, the boundary is slightly different from the original boundary because the source of the map was not clear enough to digitize.
