Sub-decree No. 393 on Cutting and Reclassifying 3,521.01 hectares of Conservation Forest, Protected Forest and ELC in Mondulkiri province

Cutting a total of 3,521.01 ha of land in Mepai village of Pu Chey commune in Pech Chreada district of Mondulkiri province: 3,491.31 ha from Mondulkiri Genetic Resources, Plants and Wildlife Conservation Protected Forest, 4.22 ha from Mondulkiri Protected Forest, and 25.48 ha from ELC of DTC Group Co., Ltd; Reclassifying 3,134.46 ha as state private land for granting donation of ownership to 750 families; Reserving 386.55 ha as state public land; and Granting rights to 1,335 private land parcels and 8 public land parcels.
