2026 Output framework of the public financial management reform program (PFMRP)
In accordance with the Circular of the Royal Government No. 14 SR dated 19th December 2024 on Performance Management under the Public Financial Management Reform Program (PFMRP), the General Secretariat of the Steering Committee for Public Financial Management Reform (GSC) prepared the “2026 Output Framework” for general departments and entities under the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Line Ministries and Sub-National Administrations to prepare their outputs and detailed action plans for 2026 including GDAP, MAP, PDAP and CPAP.
