This arbitral award is issued by the Arbitrator Council on the issue between Cambodia Cement Chakrey Ting Factory Co., Ltd (employer) and the ​Workers' representatives in resolving collective labor disputes of Cambodia Cement Chakrey Ting Factory Co., Ltd (employee). According to the award, 2 points are demanded by the employee side and are yet to be resolved including 1) the employer reinstate the local union vice president and pay backpay from the date of termination to reinstatement. 2) the employer stop forcing workers to report to work before working hours. The outcome of the arbitral award was that the employer to reinstate the union vice president with back pay, to stop requiring workers to report to work 15 minutes early without paying overtime, and to stop fining workers who are late to the pre-work meeting, but on time for their actual work.
