The LASED III project supports the Cambodian government’s land titling initiatives for Social Land Concessions and Indigenous Communities, providing infrastructure and livelihood assistance. To manage this, six indigenous sites in Ratanak Kiri and Mondul Kiri have been grouped into Cluster 9, while the Srae Chis site is managed under Cluster 1. These clusters utilize an Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP) to identify potential risks and establish measures to avoid, mitigate, and monitor impacts during the development of the subprojects
