Technical Working Group Performance Review
The objective of this Technical Working Group review is to help strengthen TWG performance in support of the Royal Government of Cambodia’s Rectangular Strategy III and the National Strategic Development Plan 2014 –2018 (NSDP). The TWG architecture is an important cornerstone of the RGC’s Development Cooperation and Partnership Strategy 2014 –2018 that aims to promote and strengthen aid effectiveness. The review considers performance in terms of six key TWG functions: aid coordination and resource mobilisation; information sharing; monitoring; policy dialogue; capacity building; and cross-cutting issues. The review situates the analysis within a context of a rapidly evolving development environment, emerging new partnership opportunities, and shifting aid modalities.
