Agriculture restructuring plan to 2020 Objective: To build a smart agriculture, international integration, adaptation to climate change, increase added value and sustainable development in connection with prosperous and civilized new rural construction; faster improvement of farmers' lives, contributing to poverty reduction, environmental and ecological protection and contributing to ensuring national security
