Since September 1 2017, Decree No. 82/2017 / ND-CP by the Prime Minister stipulating the method of calculating and collecting the right to exploit water resources officially took effect. This is considered as an important tool in encouraging organizations and individuals to exploit and use water economically and effectively and to protect water resources, especially towards the equality in using water resources. The article gives an overview how to implement the decree effectively.
