(employer) and the ​Workers' representatives in resolving collective labor disputes of Zhong Yin (Cambodia) B Textile Co., Ltd. (employee). According to the award, 5 points are demanded by the employee side and are yet to be resolved, including 1) the company pays wages and other benefits in October for all workers; 2) the company confirms whether it is still operating or closed; 3) wages and other legal benefits are paid to all workers if the company has closed; 4) wages and other benefits are paid on the 10th day of each month if the company is still open; 5) the company pays 100% of wages, even when there’s not enough work for workers, and back pay.
