This directive is made by the Arbitration Council on disputes between the parties of Calacam Investment (employers) and the workers' representatives in resolving the collective labor disputes of the Calacam Investment (workers). According to the arbitral tribunal's order, there are six demands from the workers in the conciliation report, including: 1) Asking the company to provide the correct prior notice. 2) Ask the company to pay the seniority allowance properly. 3) Ask the company to provide the right compensation for mental illness. 4) Ask the company to pay the last month's salary that has not been paid properly. 5) Ask the company to provide compensation for the annual leave properly. 6) Ask the company to issue a certificate of employment for all workers.
