Prakas no. 47 on the establishment and operation of the Bailiffs Unit attached to the Capital/Provincial Courts of First Instance
The main objective of this Prakas is to establish and put into operation the Bailiffs Unit in eight Capital/Provincial Courts of First Instance: Phnom Penh Capital, Kandal, Siem Reap, Battambang, Preah Sihanouk, Banteay Meanchey, Kampong Cham, and Kampong Speu. The Bailiffs Units in those Capital/Provincial Courts of First Instance will begin operations starting from May 2, 2025.
