Cutting 5,650.33 ha in Thnal Kaeng village of Trapaeng Prasat commune in Trapaeng Prasat district of Uddor Meanchey province: 2,667.07 ha from ELC of Nature Plantation, 1,332.95 ha from ELC of Best Royal, 866.72 ha from ELC of Tay Ninh Siem Reap Aphivath Caoutchouc, and 783.59 ha from Kulen-Prumtep Wildlife Sanctuary; Reclassifying 5,260.58 ha as state private land for donating to 1,086 families; Reserving 389.75 ha as state public land; and Granting ownership to 1,551 private land parcels and 1 public land parcel.
