Cutting a total land of 1,854.64 ha in Svay village of Sreung commune in Prasat Sambo district of Kampong Thom province: 1,265.46 ha from ELC of Gold Foison company, and 589.18 ha from 2002 Forest Cover; Reclassifying 1,841.41 ha as state private land for granting donation of ownership to 240 families; Reserving 13.23 ha as state public land; and Granting rights to 760 private land parcels, and 8 public land parcels.
