Cutting a total land of 1,327.13 ha in Baksrey village of Koul commune in Prasat Sambo district of Kampong Thom province: 1,301.21 ha from ELC of Gold Foison company, 21.19 ha from 2002 Forest Cover, and 4.73 ha from land with confiscation Deika; Reclassifying 1,281.40 ha as state private land for granting donation of ownership to 360 families; Reserving 45.73 ha for phyiscal infrastructure development; and Granting ownership to 501 private land parcels.
