Cutting a total land of 876 ha in Thmey village of Krang Leav commune in Rolea Bphea district of Kampong Chhnang province: 13 ha from economic land concession of Pheapimex; and 863 ha from former Sery Enterprise; and Reclassigying 852 ha as state private land for granting donation of ownership to 643 families, and reserving 24 ha as state public land, and Granting rights to 2,323 private land parcels and 6 public land parcels.
