The Kingdom of Cambodia (the Recipient) will implement the Cambodia Water Security Improvement Project (the Project), with the involvement of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) as Recipient’s representative; Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology (MOWRAM) as Executing Agency and Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF) as Implementing Agency as set out in the Financing Agreement.
