Sub-Decree 190 on the Management of Sending Cambodian Workers Abroad Through Private Recruitment Agencies
The sub-decree is aimed at: (1) finding labor markets and employment opportunities for Khmer citizens to work abroad, (2) improving living standards, (3) ensuring the safety of Cambodian workers abroad (4) contributing to the promotion of human resource development and (5) contributing to the implemention of the policy of the Royal Government of Cambodia in reducing poverty.
