This policy document acts as a beacon, highlighting key elements to ensure the quality of tourism products and services, environmental protection and conservation, as well as local cultural traditions and equitable distribution of benefits, transparency, as well as mechanisms to ensure the active participation of local people, based on the 4Ps (Public- Private- People- Partnership) approach, in line with the spirit of a win-win policy in the development of ecotourism.
