Declaration of an Emergency Situation in all areas of the Kingdom of Thailand (Unofficial Translation)
By virtue of Section 5 of the Emergency Decree on Public Administration in Emergency Situations B.E. 2548 (2005), the Prime Minister, upon approval of the Council of Ministers, hereby declares an Emergency Situation in all areas of the Kingdom of Thailand. As for the Declaration of a Serious Emergency Situation in areas in the Southern Border Provinces, it shall concurrently continue to take effect. This Order shall take effect from 26 March B.E. 2563 (2020) to 30 April B.E. 2563 (2020).
