Prakas no. 004 on code of conduct of trustee
The Non-Bank Financial Services Authority (F.S.A) adopted the PRAKAS No. 004 F.S.A. BRK dated on January 6, 2026 on “Code of Conduct of Trustee” to determine the conditions for supervising on trustees such as trust company, trustee operator providing retention and escrow services and individual independent trustee that obtained license or authorization from the TR to ensure the effectiveness, transparency, accountability and orders, and to also gain more confidence from the participants in trust sector.
