Sub-decree no. 03 on the security management in crowded residential areas
This sub-decree applies to the heads of units, owners/managers, and residents of crowded residential areas in the Kingdom of Cambodia, except for crowded residential areas of collective living areas of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces and the National Police Force.
