The sub-decree reclassifies the land area of 1,650 hectares, 50 ares, and 77 centiares from State Public Property to State Private Property for the purpose of granting collective ownership to the Krung indigenous community, located in Khmaeng village, Pouy commune, Ou Chum district, and Kachoun commune, Veun Sai district, Ratanakiri province, according to the coordinate system Project UTM Zone 48N Datum WGS 1984, as shown on the land location map and coordinate table attached as an appendix to this sub-decree.
