Cutting a total land of 503.25 ha in Preah Theat village of Kwarv commune in Chikreng district of Siem Reap province: 467.57 ha from economic land concesssion of Sophorn Theary company; and 35.68 ha from 2002 Forest Cover; and Reclassifying 311.18 ha as state private land for granting donation of ownership to 160 families; Reserving 192.07 ha for community forest and population growth; and Granting ownership to 215 private land parcels.
