Sub-decree no. 196 on the tax table of annual income and table of monthly salary tax deduction. The purpose of this sub-decree is to determine the annual taxable portion of taxable income achieved by individuals, sole proprietorships and the portion to be allocated to each member of the joint venture that is not considered a legal entity and to include the fixed payroll and table of monthly tax of resident employees.
