Framework for monitoring and evaluating the implementation of the Cambodia roadmap for the development of automotive and electronic sector
The Royal Government tasked the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC) with preparing and implementing the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Framework to ensure the success of the Cambodia Automotive and Electronics Sectors Development Roadmap. The M&E framework focuses on the first phase with two main objectives: (1) to guide M&E based on the Theory of Change to enhance the Roadmap's efficiency and effectiveness; and (2) to provide crucial input for addressing challenges and orienting future phases toward realizing the long-term vision.
