Ratanakiri Provincial Administration, through the Provincial Department of Land Management, Urban Planning, Construction and Cadastral, registered the Tumpoun indigenous communal land with a total area of 240.8051 hectares located in Sakmotr Leu village, Seda commune, Lumphat district, Ratanakiri province. It should also be noted that the land of the Tumpoun indigenous community has been registered as collective property in accordance with cadastral techniques and Land Law by the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction, and is occupied by the head of the Tumpoun indigenous community in Sakmotr Leu village, Seda commune, Lumphat district, Ratanakiri province.
