The framework sets out the outlook for Cambodia's economic growth at the rates mentioned above, based on the notion of cautiously optimistic and not overly pessimistic basis, and requires all stakeholders, both the government and the private sector, to continue their efforts to diversify, enhance competitiveness and build resilience, as well as to maintain favorable conditions for exports.
