According to the investment application for the garment factory project of Flourish Garment (Cambodia) Co., Ltd the Investment Committee of Cambodia of the Council for the Development of Cambodia has decided to issue a final registration certificate to the above company located in Sdao village, Dei Edth commune, Kien Svay district, Kandal province, which has an investment capital of about 5 million US dollars and can create jobs for about 1,414 workers.
