This arbitral award is issued by the Arbitrator Council on the issue between Quality Textiles Co., Ltd. (employer) and the ​Workers' representatives in resolving collective labor disputes of Quality Textiles Co., Ltd.(employee). According to the award, 3 points are demanded by the employee side and are yet to be resolved including 1) the employer pay wages twice per month, by 3:30pm each time; 2) the employer pays for baby milk regularly; and 3) the employer pays food expenses every 10 days as per the factory’s previous practice.
