Inter-Ministerial Prakas No.516 on Budget for Promoting and Strengthening Mineral Revenue Collection Mechanism
This Prakas allows the Ministry of Mines and Energy to deduct 10% (ten percent) of mineral resource royalties (referred to as "Deposits") to be used as an incentive and to strengthen the mobilization mechanism. 90% (ninety percent) of the remaining 90% (ninety percent) of the remaining mineral royalties shall be paid into the budget of the State.
