This law aims to promote the voluntary involvement of all Khmer citizens whose main occupations are within the framework of the Agricultural Product System, Agro-Industrial production, agribusiness, or related services in the creation and development of the agricultural community to promote economic, social and cultural development of their community and contribute to the national economic development.
