Law Adopting the Protocol of the Amendment of the Framework Agreement on the Area of ASEAN Investment
The objectives of this Agreement are: (1) to establish a competitive ASEAN Investment Area with a more liberal and transparent investment environment amongst Member States in order to and (2) to ensure that the realisation of the above objectives would contribute towards free flow of investments by 2020.
