Law Adopting the Protocol 3 of ASEAN on Types and Quantity of Road Vehicle
The law was promulgated to integrate the Protocol 3 into the national law. The protocol stipulates the Type of Vehicle to be used and the Quantity of Vehicles approved for transit operations. It also sets obligations and institutional arrangements of the Contracting Parties.
