Sub-Decree No. 142 on Boeung Ta Mok (Boeung Kob Srov) reformation in Phnom Penh
Sub-Decree No. 142 was made a decision of the abolition of Sub-Decree No. 125, dated August 11, 2020 on the area of Boeung Ta Mok (Boeung Kob Srov) in Phnom Penh. This sub-decree in Article 2 was also decided to cut the area of 74,855 (seventy-four thousand eight hundred and fifty-five) square meters in Sangkat Kork Roka, Khan Prek Pnov, Phnom Penh, pursuant to Sub-Decree No. 20, dated February 3, 2016, on the area of 3,239.7 hectares in Boeung Ta Mok (Boeung Kob Srov) in Phnom Penh as the state public property in order to reclassify the state public property to occupy as the state private property.
