Cutting 1,370.02 ha in Sa-ang village of Sa-ang commune in Senchey district of Preah Vihear province: 826.90 ha from 2002 Forest Cover, and 543.12 ha from ELC of Heng Nong (Cambodia) International Company Limited; Reclassifying 1,246.58 ha as state private land for donating to 573 families; and Reserving 123.44 ha for population growth and physical infrastructure development.
