Cutting 710.14 ha of land in Purteab village of Mlue Prey commune in Chhep district of Preah Vihear provice: 525.53 ha from 2002 Forest Cover, and 184.61 ha from ELC of Rui Feng (Cambodia) International Company Limited; Reclassifying 645.54 ha as state private land for granting donation of ownership to 224 families; and reserving 64.60 ha for physical infrastrcure development.
