The sub-decree is about the modification of Choeung Ek lake and canals in Mean Chey district and Dangkor district, Phnom Penh capital city and Takmao city, Kandal province was cut the area of 1,904,211 (one million nine hundred thousand two hundred eleven square meters) in the Choeung Ek and Dangka commune, Dangkor district and Chak Angre Krom commune, Meanchey district, as defined in sub-decree 124 all rights reserved. September 3, 2008 on the demarcation of Choeung Ek and canals in Meanchey district, Dangkao district, Phnom Penh and Takhmao district (now Takhmao city), Kandal Province is the public property of the state through the Project UTM Zone 48N Datum WGS 1984 coordinate system, with maps and regulatory charts Annex to this sub-decree of state private land and privately owned to Oknha Leang Khun and Oknha Thai Dry.
