Cutting a total land of 769.20 ha in Kombor orh village of Kwarv commune in Chikreng district of Siem Reap province: 708.59 ha from economic land concesssion of Sophorn Theary company; and 60.61 ha from 2002 Forest Cover; and Reclassifying 432.88 ha as state private land for granting donation of ownership to 103 families; Reserving 336.41 ha for community forest and population growth; and Granting ownership to 120 private land parcels.
