The total of 52.28 hectares of land were ceded from state private land established by sub-decree No. 05, issued on 21 January 2008 within which 37.95 hectares for constructing the assemblage of administration building and another 14.32 hectares for building physical infrastructures by implementing the Koh Rong land use planning of the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning, and Construction.
