This document aims to help improve the implementation of policies, strategies, strategic plans, roadmaps and projects and achieve the planned or expected results through the management of regular monitoring of inputs, activities that support the elements , issues or results annually and evaluates progress, final results and implications of policies, roadmaps, strategies, plans, projects or programs of ministries, institutions, departments and individuals.
