Dr. Phanith Chou is an environmental economist. He is an associate Professor at the Department of Community Development, Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP). Dr. Phanith has a strong professional background and experience of more than 13 years in conducting research on ecosystem services assessment, environmental impact assessment, training, providing recommendations for policy development, implementing numerous projects, supervising Master's and PhD students, and supporting development in Cambodia.
