This arbitral award is issued by the Arbitrator Council on the issue between Cultural Village Resort Co., Ltd (employer) and the ​Cambodia Culture Company Tourism Employee Unions (CCTEU) (employee). According to the award, 3 points are demanded by the employee side and are yet to be resolved including: 1) the company repay 20% of basic wages that were deducted from workers in previous months, 2) pay back food allowances that had been previously deducted, 3) keep the art office and workers’ positions without changing them to different roles. The outcome of the arbitral award was that all demands were rejected. This was a non-binding award.​
