This arbitral award is issued by the Arbitrator Council on the issue between Quality Textiles Co., Ltd (employer) and the ​Workers' representatives in resolving collective labor disputes of Quality Textiles Co., Ltd (employee). According to the award, 4 points are demanded by the employee side and are yet to be resolved including 1) the employer reduces heat in the buildings; 2) the employer installs hot and cold water systems for workers; 3) the employer pays wages twice per month; and 4) the employer provides 100% of the wage during work suspension in April and May 2020.
