This arbitral award is issued by the Arbitrator Council on the issue between Viniton Group Co., Ltd. (employer) and the ​Workers' representatives in resolving collective labor disputes of Viniton Group Co., Ltd. (employee). According to the award, 6 points are demanded by the employee side and are yet to be resolved including 1) the employer provides $60 worth of benefits per month; 2) the employer provides $1 food allowance for workers on probation; 3) the employer pays financial benefits in lieu of annual leave; 4) the employer provides $52 per month as promised in its advertisement; 5) the employer provides workers with payslips; and 6) the employers implements and agreement reached with the union in August 2020. The outcome of the arbitral award was that the Council rejected the workers’ demands on issues 1 and 2. Both parties agreed to withdraw the other issues. This was a non-binding award.​​
