This Inter-Ministerial proclamation shows the revenue distribution of Covid-19 antigen rapid test service for foreign passengers who have not vaccinated for Covid-19 or Incomplete Covid-19 dosages. This inter-ministerial prakas is authorized to be used to cover the expenses of civil servants, staffs who perform their duties and other staff officers and to strengthen the revenue collection mechanism.
