This law aims to establish the social security scheme of the Kingdom of Cambodia to ensure equity and social solidarity and to promote the welfare and livelihood of the people. The purpose of this law is to determine the general principles, procedures, mechanisms, practices and systems governing the social security regime of the Kingdom of Cambodia, including pensions, health care, occupational risk and unemployment.
