This Prakas sets out the conditions and procedures for granting permission to establish trustee branches in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations in the trustee sector. This Prakas applies to trustee that has obtained a license or permission from the Non-Bank Financial Services Authority to conduct operations in the Kingdom of Cambodia.
